Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final once your account has been activated. We do not offer refunds after activation.
If you placed an order but your account has not been activated yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order.
If your service is not working as expected due to a fault on our end, we will do our best to resolve the issue. In cases where we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, we may offer an extension or partial credit at our discretion.
